  BAD Haircut

  “I had shorter hair, not quite medium length and went in asking for a pixie cut, I even brought a picture with me to show how I wanted it cut. I should have known when she had to consult a coworker when I gave her a picture of a basic pixie cut. The young lady (I don't know her name because she didn't speak to me) cut my hair and when she was finished she asked if it looked ok, but since it was wet and I was 4 or 5 feet from the mirror I couldn't really tell, so I said I'm sure it's fine. When I got home I realized that she had cut the back super short and hardly cut the top and sides, and the two lengths weren't blended together at all. The back is super short and there is an abrupt 2 difference in length on the sides and top with no blending what-so-ever. I look ridiculous! I should have looked closer before I left, but a person who has never been to cosmetology school can only assume the stylist knows how to cut hair. I don't always know if it is cut right until I get home and try to style it myself. I'm too terrified to go back to have it fixed, when they were ok with how they left it the first time, how could they correct what they thought was a good haircut to begin with? I'm sorry, but I will never go back to Fiesta Salons again. It's a roll of dice whether you get a good haircut or not. Shelly gives a good haircut, but you have to pay an extra $2 for her. You get what you pay for and this is definitely true for Fiesta Salons.”

  “I was very diappointed in the treatment I received from one of the staff members. She was very rude. I do not recommend going to fiesta because of this woman. I was humilated in front of customers. I arrived to tan at 4:35, instead of telling me in a nice way that I had to be there at 4:30 to tan (though they close at 5:00 and I was only tanning 15 minutes) she rolled her eyes at me and said fine. She gave me the goggles and towel and then said I needed to be there at 4:30 on Sundays if I wanted to tan in a very NASTY tone! I was unaware of this or I would have been. I am very diappointed in this expereince and I WILL not be going back or will my family!”
