  “I purchased a $50 tanning package from Kelly's Cabana toward the end of summer last year ONLY because they told me I could carry over any unused visits to this year. I've just recently learned that they have closed their Jefferson City location and WILL NOT refund any money back for unused tanning visits. This is stealing in my opinion and a VERY POOR way to conduct a business. If this is how Kelly's Cabana wants to operate, they will never ever get any more business from me.”
