“After purchasing 5 sessions for $85 dollars, I asked the receptionist if I could use a (less expensive) bed. The reason is because I would fall asleep and forget to turn over as the bulbs are only on the top. The response was a bitter 'no'. When I explain I didn't want a refund just another bed she just glared at me. I didn't argue but said guess I don't have a choice, huh?
When I finish these sessions, I will not be back.”
