“I had signed up for a month under the Bronze package.I showed up to tan one day and found that the office was closed because they were moving, which I only knew then from a sign on the window. No one had told me ahead of time and no where did it say when they would reopen. I tried calling a few times with no one answering,finally one day I did get someone. I explained what happened an that I still had 5 days I couldn't use on my package. I was told I could still use them, I drove over there today the 1st. and was told no, they only offered 2 extra days and mine was up. I am not very satisfied, the staff has always been very courteous, but I feel that alittle more instruction to them is needed from the Manager.” -
