“Closed without notice or refunds - we had prepaid for a set number of visits. The parent firm in Richmond disclaims any responsibility for this outfit, which they say is a franchisee. I'd be wary of the parent for this reason also. They won't even recognize my prepaid visits at their company-owned locations so they must not be too worried about their good name.”
