    “I have been in the last couple of times and I really don't think the dark haired girl working is doing your establishment any justice. I have been tanning with your company for several years and I know she isn't what you offer. You have to wait for her to come out of her car and back in the building to help you, she is not friendly at all. Beds are always backed up when she is working.I will only come in from now when the owners' are working. 5-7-08 morning was my last visit without them working.”
